Returns & Exchanges
At Otticacenter.gr, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to exchange or return a product, you may do so under the following terms and conditions.
Product Exchange
You may request a product exchange within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
The product must:
- be unused and in perfect condition,
- be returned in its original packaging,
- include all accessories, documentation and authenticity certificates.
You may exchange it for:
- a different size,
- another colour (subject to availability),
- another product of equal or higher value.
The customer is responsible for both:
- the return shipping cost, and
- the shipping cost of the replacement product.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped by contacting our Customer Service department.
Refunds
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returned products must:
- be unused,
- be in their original condition,
- include all accessories and documentation,
- be returned in their original packaging.
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Orders paid by Cash on Delivery are refunded via bank transfer.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Contact lenses.
- Prescription eyewear with prescription lenses already fitted.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Products manufactured or ordered specifically upon customer request.
- Products purchased during promotional campaigns, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Flash Sales and Clearance Offers.
Prescription Glasses with Complimentary Lenses
For prescription glasses supplied with complimentary lenses, a €10.00 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the lenses.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs and Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable, as they relate to services already provided.
Only the eligible product value will be refunded.
