Essilor Thin & Lite 1.60 Crizal® Rock™ are optical lenses for prescriptions with ASTIGMATISM OVER 2.00D, combining the thinner profile of a 1.60 refractive index with Essilor's advanced and highly durable Crizal® Rock™ coating.

This option is intended for prescriptions where the cylinder (CYL) value is greater than 2.00D.
The 1.60 refractive index allows lenses to be made thinner compared with conventional lower-index materials, contributing to a more refined and discreet appearance for prescription eyewear.
Crizal® Rock™ coating has been developed by Essilor with a strong focus on lens durability against the challenges of everyday wear. Essilor describes Crizal® Rock™ as its most scratch-resistant Crizal® No-Glare lens.
High-Resistance Technology™ uses a specific combination of oxides designed to increase resistance to scratches and dust, enhancing the durability of the lens surface.
The High Surface Density™ Super Hydrophobic topcoat provides excellent smudge resistance while making the lenses easier to clean during everyday use.
An additional Anti-Particulate Layer actively helps repel particles, dust and dirt from the lens surface, helping lenses stay cleaner for longer.
According to Essilor, Crizal® Rock™ provides 3 times greater scratch resistance compared with entry-level Crizal® lenses while delivering excellent clarity of vision with reduced glare.
